Worker's Compensation Lawyers

BCC offers competent and experienced representation and consultation in a variety of different worker’s compensation topics including claim prevention, accident and injury investigation, safety matters, claims handling, administration and compliance. Our expertise and guidance includes, for example, evaluating issues relating to compensability, medical care and treatment, wage and other statutory benefits under both Indiana’s Worker’s Compensation Act and Indiana’s Occupational Diseases Act.  Our worker’s compensation practice area also includes the handling of subrogation claims on behalf of employers in order to attempt to recoup money paid under worker’s compensation as a result of the fault or negligence of another entity.  Furthermore, our practice area has expanded to include the representation of medical providers regarding billing and/or collection issues relating to worker’s compensation claims.
