Successfully Obtained Reopenings and Vacating Removal Orders

Attorney Alfredo Estrada successfully litigated, against the Office of Chief Counsel, and obtained a reopening and vacating his immigration clients’ removal order within removal proceedings. Estrada’s clients were previously order removed (deported) by and immigration judge. He now is in the process of defending the case in chief concerning his clients’ removability.
