The Senior Lawyers Section of the Indiana State Bar Association has a new Chairman – Dan Gioia was officially put in charge at the Annual Meeting which takes place from October 7th through 9th in French Lick. He also continues to serve as the Secretary of the A.D.R. Section Executive Council; and he will also represent Porter County as one of its duly appointed Members of the I.S.B.A. House of Delegates. Dan is attending C.L.E. Seminars on Family Law Arbitration and other timely topics, while enjoying the rustic beauty of West Baden.

Daniel A. Gioia is an experienced Family Law Mediator and Civil Mediator. Dan has served on the Joint Task Force on Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules, and the Domestic Relations Focus Group for Family Mediation which was responsible for recommending revisions in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules and Procedures of the Indiana Supreme Court.
