About Kevin E. Steele

Kevin is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Services Practice Group and is resident in the firm’s Valparaiso office. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame where he was an Honors Scholar. Kevin received his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he was a member of the Adelphia Law Journal.

Kevin is admitted to practice before all state and federal trial and bankruptcy courts in Indiana. He is also admitted to the Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Kevin practices Construction Law, Commercial Litigation, Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Commercial Foreclosure Litigation. He also represents clients in the appellate courts of Indiana and the federal courts. Kevin has represented clients before the Indiana Tax Court. He has lectured in the areas of construction law, real estate liens and the litigation of those claims. Mr. Steele has also taught courses in ethics to other attorneys.

Kevin is also a certified mediator by the State of Indiana and is available to mediate or arbitrate civil disputes.
