Maria C. Oliver

Maria C. Oliver is an Associate Attorney at Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP in Merrillville, Indiana. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Immigration practice groups, representing individuals, families, and businesses throughout Northwest Indiana.

Maria earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois while working full-time with the firm, where she spent years developing her legal knowledge and client advocacy skills before becoming an attorney. During law school, Maria served as a student attorney in the DePaul Immigration Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to individuals and families seeking immigration relief.

Originally from Mexico and raised in Hammond, Indiana, Maria has deep roots in the Northwest Indiana community. Her bilingual background and longstanding ties to the region reflect her commitment to serving the diverse communities of Northwest Indiana.

Maria lives in Munster, Indiana with her husband and their three daughters.
