Please welcome Richard W. Castleton with us to Burke Costanza & Carberry LLP! Richard has extensive experience in labor and employment law matters, including litigation defense, counseling employers on discrimination and wage and hour matters, and employer handbooks. Mr. Castleton has published several articles and regularly presents in seminars on a variety of federal and state employment law topics. As a former investigator for the United States Department of Labor, he is highly experienced in government wage and hour investigations and has regularly represented businesses before the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Mr. Castleton is fluent in Spanish. He lived in Santiago, Chile for two years and has performed business throughout most of Latin America. In his spare time, Mr. Castleton enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending their dance recitals and sporting events, cycling, and running. He enjoys being an active member in the community.
