Representing a Lender Client

Jon Schmaltz recently represented a lender client in closing a construction and permanent debt transaction totalling more than $8 million. Despite the difficult debt financing market, many lenders have continued to facilitate loan transactions for borrowers in order to take advantage of rare opportunities to perform projects at unusually low costs.
