Attended the Medical Liability and Healthcare Law Program

Robert F. Parker recently attended the Medical Liability and Healthcare Law program in Orlando, FL sponsored by the Defense Research Institute. The program included presentations on issues involved in total joint replacements, litigation with claimants who exhibit co-morbid conditions such as diabetes and COPD, and effective presentation of complex medical issues to trial juries.
