Phil was born and raised in Tinley Park, Illinois. He attended Valparaiso University and received his degree in Communications. Upon graduation from Valparaiso University, Phil attended Indiana University in Bloomington and earned a Masters Degree in Journalism. He then returned to Valparaiso to earn his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.
Phil manages the firm’s commercial services group, residing in the firm’s Merrillville office, and focuses his practice primarily in the area of creditor’s rights. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.
