Fee Arrangements

Burke Costanza & Cuppy LLP structures fee arrangements which are responsive to a client's needs and circumstances. Generally, it is the policy of the firm to discuss fees with clients at the initial interview. We welcome an open discussion of legal fees and their manner of payment. Fee arrangements are usually based on an hourly charge at rates which vary in accordance with the skill and level of experience required by the particular engagement. Contingent fee arrangements are also available in those cases where access to courts might otherwise not be available to the client.
