Dana Rifai is an associate at Burke Costanza & Carberry, LLP, where she is a member of the Business and Personal Services Group. She counsels clients in business, estate planning, probate, and family law, working extensively with her clients’ one-on-one to achieve their legal matters. She initiated the firm’s immigration practice and has been successful in assisting clients with visa and naturalization applications.
Dana grew up in Valparaiso, Indiana. At Indiana University Purdue University, she received an Honors academic scholarship. She received her law degree from Valparaiso Law School and served as member of the civil law clinic.
Dana takes pleasure in being an active member of her community. She is the Vice President and founding member of Emerge South Shore, a young professionals group. She currently serves as a board member of Avicenna Academy. She is also an active member of the Crossroads Chamber, the Winfield Chamber, where she serves on their scholarship committee, and the Porter County Chamber of Commerce, where she is a 2011 graduate of their Leadership Academy.
