Troy was born in Hammond, Indiana. He attended Wabash College, where he played football and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science. Troy earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa, where he earned a merit scholarship. Prior to joining Burke Costanza and Cuppy, Troy was a corporate attorney in Chicago for several years where he gained notable experience in international commercial agreements, corporate, tax and intellectual property issues and was actively involved with the Lawyers for the Creative Arts. He is an associate in the firm’s business practice group, residing in the firm's Merrillville office, and focused primarily on the areas of real estate, estate planning, corporate and business law.
