Todd A. Etzler was born in Hammond, Indiana. He received his undergraduate degree in building construction and contracting from Purdue University and his law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. Mr. Etzler has served as an editor of the Indiana Probate, Trust, Property and Death Tax Newsletter and served as the Indiana Bar Association Real Property, Trust & Estate Planning Secretary’s President in 2004-2005. Mr. Etzler has authored “Conservation Easements in Real Estate Developments” which appeared in Res Gestae (third place Indiana Bar Association Harrison Legal Writing Contest). He has served as president of the City of Valparaiso Plan Commission and is active in numerous bar associations. In addition to his activities in the legal profession, Mr. Etzler has served as Chairman of the Board for the Greater Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and is a Commissioner for the Indiana Lottery Commission. His primary areas of practice include real estate and business law, construction law, zoning, planning and land use.
