Paula is a partner in the firm's Litigation Services Practice Group, and practices in the firm's Merrillville office. She was born in Gary, Indiana and received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Indiana University's School of Medicine, Division of Allied Health, and her master's of law degree from The John Marshall School in Chicago, Illinois. She also completed post-graduate work at DePaul University's School of Law Health Law Program. Formerly Corporate Counsel to a regional hospital healthcare system and professor of Indiana University's School of Medicine, Division of Allied Health Sciences, Ms. Neff has been a frequent speaker on health law and related matters. She also served as adjunct faculty member at Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs. She is a long time board member of Hospice of the Calumet Area. A member of the bars of both Illinois and Indiana, Ms. Neff practices in the federal and state courts in Indiana and Illinois as well as before state and federal regulatory and administrative agencies. Her practice is concentrated in business and commercial litigation, health care law, and employment law. Paula is also the editor of the firm's quarterly newsletter.
