Kevin is partner in the firm's Litigation Services Practice Group, and is resident in the firm's Merrillville office. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame where he was an Honors Scholar. Mr. Steele received his law degree from Indiana University where he was a member of the Adelphia law journal. His is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to Construction Law and Commercial Litigation, Mr. Steele practices in foreclosure and real estate disputes. He has lectured in the area of real estate liens and the litigation of those claims. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, an associate member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association. Mr. Steele also belongs to the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association (Construction Law Section), the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (business Litigation and Construction Law), the Porter County Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.
